Helen Joyce is using the same arguments used yb racists and even by Hitler. I am different from the social "norm" but I am not damaged except by what her society and view would burden me with.

This is one of the best pieces you have written. It is similart to many of my own beliefs. I am Unitrarian-Universalist as well, being usually atheistitc but sometimes agnostic, but alwasy spiritual in some way. Thanks you for writing this.
